Where can I find my invoice?

We send the invoice in electronic form (PDF format) and you can find it in your inbox. It also serves as a warranty card.

 

The package was not delivered to me

Please contact the shipping company with your shipment number for more information about your shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to find out or provide further information about an already sent shipment on our contacts.

In case the matter cannot be resolved with the shipping company, please contact us, we will settle the next steps.

 

Procedure for acceptance of goods

Inspect the package before accepting it and check in particular the integrity of the packaging. Check for obvious damage, holes, dents, impact marks, etc. In the event of any damage, notify the transport company's employee and record the defects found in the handover report (acceptance with reservation) or draw up a damage report.

If it is obvious that the goods inside are damaged, do not accept the shipment and inform us of the situation.

 

Inspection of goods after acceptance

The Buyer is obliged by law to inspect the goods without undue delay after receipt and notify the Seller immediately of any defects. Unpack the goods as soon as possible and check their condition and functionality.

 

Testing the goods

If you are not sure whether you want to keep the goods, please take extreme care when handling both goods and packaging materials. If you return the goods, they should correspond to the condition in which they were delivered to you. Thus, it should not bear signs of use / wear, all packaging materials, labels, instructions, etc. should be provided back.

If the goods are not returned in the condition described above, the Seller is entitled to charge the Buyer for a reduction in the value of the goods.

 

Delivered goods are damaged

Inform us immediately about the situation by e-mail or phone. You can speed up the whole process if you send us an email with a description of the defect and send us a photo documentation (photo of the goods and the condition of the packaging in which it was delivered). We will promptly address the situation and contact you with suggestions for solutions.

Do not send goods immediately back to our address, always inform us of the problem and wait for further instructions. We will be happy to offer you pick-up of goods by our shipping company at your address, depending on the situation.

 

Bad / other goods were delivered

We can, of course, sometimes make mistakes, but we are happy to remediate them. Please contact us to discuss the next steps.

Do not send goods immediately back to our address, always inform us of the problem and wait for further instructions. We will be happy to offer you pick-up of goods by our shipping company at your address, depending on the situation.

 

I want to replace the delivered goods

If you wish to exchange goods, please check the current availability on our website. If your desired new product is available, we can make the exchange. If not available, follow the paragraph below.

Print your invoice from the e-mail or copy the invoice number / order number on a sheet of paper and write that you are requesting an exchange of goods. Please indicate which new variant you require, if it is a different product, please also indicate the product code (found in the product details in the upper right corner next to the picture). Pack the goods carefully and send them back to our address:

We will resolve any price difference. If an overpayment occurs, please provide the account number where to refund it. If additional payment is necessary, please indicate whether you want to pay the additional payment in advance by bank transfer (we will send you the information) or cash on delivery (+30 CZK).

 

I want to return the delivered goods (withdrawal from the purchase contract)

The goods can be returned, i.e. withdraw from the purchase contract, no later than within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Simply fill out the withdrawal form and send the goods back to us. You will find the address and detailed next steps in the form.

If the goods are damaged or used, always contact us first before shipping and wait for our suggested next steps.

 

Complaint (exercise of the right of defect)

In case you want to claim the goods, just fill in the claim form and send the complete goods (unless otherwise agreed) back to us. You will find the address and a more detailed procedure in the form.
